		<description>Have faith, customer service isn&#039;t dead! Look at Amazon. And, you know, a few others. BUT I think the key to fixing these things is knowing good customer service when you get it. 

What I hate is that in today&#039;s world you&#039;ve got to be a jerk to get good service most places! Remember the famous Pottery Barn vs. Crate and Barrel episode...</description>
