+1 – Johnstone Ridge is cool! That super-wide/super-smooth road up there is a pleasant drive, and it provides a stunning view of the damage done by the eruption.

Have faith, customer service isn’t dead! Look at Amazon. And, you know, a few others. BUT I think the key to fixing these things is knowing good customer service when you get it.

What I hate is that in today’s world you’ve got to be a jerk to get good service most places! Remember the famous Pottery Barn vs. Crate and Barrel episode…
